A social "educational" enterprise

Detroit EM News, L3C LLC, a social "educational" enterprise and a mission-based business designed and qualified to be an L3C under the amended LLC status H.R. 1445 of the State of Michigan and abiding by IRS Code 170C following the same rules as a 501C(3).

Our mission is to help curb the poor life outcome of youth and young adults  with a ‘learning’ program created as a tool to further the educational and charitable purposes of foundations, non-profits and philanthropic investors.    

As an extension program available to all school aged youth, Detroit EM News, L3C Academy of Social Enterprise was developed to enrich the educational experience.  It is a vital component providing real work experiences to promote positive news while honoring individuals within local communities.
